Good old EU_4 times. Niten was quite a nice polearm player, with that glorious armour of his, spamming the shit outta you (:
I will remember that name forever, the same with R4DL the scimi shielder. Damn that guy was a challenge to fight for me back then, that challenge (and the fun I had on eu4 and eu2) convinced me to only play crpg )

First time fighting Niten_Doraku, one of few Russian players who were especially friendly towards me, was on melee server. Him, Krivoruchka and some other guy were dueling when I entered, ten minutes later it was 3vs1. Wasn't pleasant experience but I managed to beat all three once which is quite the achievement considering Kpu's skills.

Niten wore that fugly red samurai armor back then and used Long Hafted Blade. He mainly played siege with same setup. Later switched to other weapons.

I thought Porthos is him but then I saw them both rocking Hello Kitty banner at the same time.

There are many forgotten legends of cRPG, some of them even I can vaguely remember and I'm pretty damn good at remembering everybody who ever spent more than a few hours playing cRPG.

Edit: I believe there isn't single player who still plays this shit who remembers Phyrex, who was hugely influential player back in the days.

Niten Doraku was on EU_3 quite often as well, and I remember him as one of the biggest snorefests to duel. Heavy samurai armour, strength build, s-key and taking zero risks. *Yawn*.

I saw that dude wearing a 22nd_bat tag on EU2 in December 2013, it was the only time I saw him playing this mod (his presence on the siege server lasted for 3-5 days maybe), and it was a little bit disappointing. I really don't want to sound arrogant, I mean I've heard from many people (including GTX) that he is the most superior player who ever played the mod, but surprisingly fighting him was nothing special. I was waiting for something mindblowing really, but he was maybe slighly above average and usually placed somewhere in the middle of the leaderbords. I dont want to offend him, I'm sure it was simply because he had no practice for a large ammount of time (and I know for myself how hard it is to get back on the same level if you haven't played this game for 2 weeks only), but still... I guess, I just haven't started to play here when he was at his prime. To me personaly, the most challenging opponents to fight were GTX for sure (miss him badly ) and Saxon (from active players).
