Holy shit the Rainbow Six Siege part was hilarious. At 8:16 when he pans to the door it just doesn't exist, and then while running away with the hostage hes intentionally missing.

Theres a difference between sacrificing graphics for gameplay or story and showing the game to have great graphics with the pretense of good gameplay/story and then on ship date the graphics are ass tier

CD Projekt was a one off though. Sure they don't churn out games like Ubisoft but doing it every single game is a little bit bollocks. There comes a point when you have to admit that you're hyping expectations to get sales with no realistic aim of having it look that way in the final game.

The deception is obvious and unacceptable. Still, I'd rather have more games playable on my current rig than see every new AAA title breaking the standard and requiring more and more frequent upgrades. That would be really unsustainable.

With the new Pascal GPUs coming out, consoles are going to hold back gaming so frigging much.

New consoles will be announced on E3, will have AMD Polaris GPU. Should be quite a lot faster than current consoles. They say it is for enabling 4K/VR support but I think they are changing consoles to be even more like PCs.
