That not how (most) humans work. As long as there is one person to oppress, they'll do it. Of course it is better when you're "governing" millions.
Lenin's idea of communism failed because he assumed humans are some spiritually elevated beings who'll get along on their own and work for a common goal. Reality was, as soon they tried to crash the state to create utopia, every village in Union started acting like mini state with their own benevolent rulers. Pretty much the same humanity worked throughout whole history. So Stalin was needed to take over control and blood was spilled.
Now you're telling me it isn't in your nature to control fellow humans, aprox 10 of them like BB does. I find that hard to believe and a bit dishonest thing to say.
