Cheating =/= sharing cheats publicly. We can interfere with sharing it on forums. Had i been an admin while others were doing similar things in the past, I'd push for some way of punishing that, but now all we can do is limited, however there are ways.

So many people bitching about "mod is ded" and getting 1 day bans for shit that actually does harm the mod, like leeching and teamkilling.

He is using green arrows. Yes it is a way of gaining an advantage over the others (Not really, since everyone can do it in 5 minutes), but the only advantage is him finding more arrows on the ground. Everyone who played archer for more than 2 rounds knows the drop on long ranges so the green arrow won't make much of a difference.

Whoever still bitches about no one playing anymore, AND supporting this ban at the same time is a moron.

Well you can start with every other Druzhina archer. It is silly to assume that people who spend whole day on TS don't exchange strategies and even cheats. Macro feinters sure do, they aren't intelligent enough to find out how to do it on their own. Most players in this mod aren't, they all had to have someone to teach them how to do various things because figuring it on their own is beyond their capabilities.

But yeah it's no proof. To prove something in this mod you have shout "I did it" and maybe someone will take you seriously. Had that problem myself when tked dude on purpose and was trying to get punished for it. Most admins weren't interested, only one acted rightfully.

Technically his cheat is no different than me altering config files to force permanent daylight because night in this game hurts my eyesight. Intention is different though, so after all it is about his attitude which betrayed bad intention. But technically it is the same thing.

You should know by now that the rules are only there for aesthetic reasons.

Admins who enforce all rules without hesitating get removed. Admins who enforce rules however they like remain in their position.
Players follow no rules anyway.
