Jomsborg Vikings-exclusive banner is not taken in game!!!

I have yesterday an exclusive banner  auctioned (E1-3), but it does not appear in the game.

could an admin please help us?

Did your launcher update the banners? Did you select "use clan banner" when you select your character? Is the character you are playing as in the clan (as a member or supporter)?
Also note, when it appears, it will be flipped horizontally in game, so you should flip it on the website so that the text is not mirrored ingame.

Are you sure the banner you want to upload is the correct size?

Auflösung: 116x300 PNG
And a cRPG banner must be a 132x340 PNG
