Hate to break it to you, but your characters may have been hacked while you were not playing c-rpg. There are lots of reports about people's heirloomed items going missing, and being replaced by straw hats.
Luckily this hasn't happened to me yet, and henceforth to counter this issue I believe the marketplace has been locked (In my case anyway). The dev team are working on it, and they say the chances of a rollback are not very likely.
Remember, these are only speculations and info from what I have seen on other posts like this. From what we know, it could just be a big bug and you could have your items back tommorow
