     Player got angry about archery, I told him to learn to dodge, player called me a "friend" and proceeded to target me in the following rounds. When the map changed we were placed on the same team and he proceeded to continuously knock me down as I attempted to nock an arrow and then killed me.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did
    He seems to be an angry person.

If you look at the screenshots you CAN SEE i was participating in the round killing many of the enemy team until we were flag capping and vinky_stagina was the only enemy left and they wwere just running around in circles punching people...

Looking at the logs to back up OP's point: I found it necessary to ban someone else aswell for teamkilling and leaving the server:

16_zil: 2 recent bans on record: all repeating offenses teamkilling - 4.5 day ban
12x3 = 36
3x24 = 72
total ban time 108 hrs or 4.5 days

Assington: You have 4 recent bans on record

One repeating offense "Griefing"

12x5 = 60 hrs
2x24 = 48 hrs
total ban time; 96 hrs or 4 days
