I managed all of our rosters about 10 minutes prior to the website going down, we only had the 13 dudes signed for that siege in the first place.
Froyo and I tossed around the idea of kicking the defenders from the fight, but we both ultimately decided that it would have been a poor decision. In hindsight, I'm not sure that it would have been. Considering it was an AI city compared to 1300 heavily armed troops that people worked hard to equip. If anything, the army loss is more likely to make people quit.
Really, the odd one was Sandy's battle. We had a few people signed up that somehow got removed, Sandy himself couldn't even join.
