I will start by replying myself to demonstrate example which means: this post "should" only be rated according to the idea/forum persona I have, my reply should be for ingame behaviour/playstyle.

Some people are haters/serious(only giving -) some are krems/casuals(only giving +), you don't have to give + or -, this is no dictatorship and I aint no dictator.

basically:
give + to:
Fun, good, nice, the harmless hilarious trolls and the funny village idiots

give - to:
Rivals that you just want to anger, the hated trolls, people with pathetic/attitude(aka. mean, bullying, wimpy, whining etc.) or people you just dislike(in-game) for whatever reason.

Plz no lock thread if ppl are mean in it, it is just words on interwebz in this thread. If ppl r hatin they are mean and silencfying them will only make them feel superior and bullied into silence by wimpyness wussyfying culture(aka. twitter council on hate speeech madness).

It's possible to get 0 up or down votes and it is working as intended.
This is one of them pseudo idiotic studies where the methodology is so bad it is impossible to tell if it's working.
