Lol, I didn't report you for double posting, it was for personal attacks on forum - same reason you reported me.  3% warning level just means you got reported by someone else probably 2 weeks ago for something, nothing gets 3%.  Everything at least 15-20% usually then goes down 1% per day.  From the sounds of it neither one of us got warning levels from reporting each other. lol - our plan didn't work to get each other muted and then get the conspiracy theories going about who was doing it.
