Intelligence is too tricky to define and measure. I usually take smart to mean knowledgeable. That being said, I KNOW I can say that I know more about the works of Kurt Vonnegut than any illiterate Afghan, while the illiterate Afghan can say he knows more about digging a fucking hole or making bombs out of cow shit or whatever they do for fun.

True, I was directing that statement to Bronto who seems to relate intelligence to grammer. Intelligence is "tricky" to measure to say the least. Who measures intelligence and how? Standardize testing with an IQ test? Grammar like Bronto so vividly likes to point out? There are different types of intelligence and every one is fueled by their own controversy. It really is a physiological question as much as a scientific question.
