Looks like it's the middle of the round and he accidentally hit you 3 times in a row during fight. He uses swords with long reach so it's hard not to hit team mates.

It's not that rest in peace breaks rules more than others it's constant hate on him by those who don't like him. And if you check his last ban thread it was created by the member of SGuards clan, now it's Rider from Polanie. If I tell you that both Polanie and SGuards are our enemies in strat and rip is one of the best our fighters I think you can see the whole picture.

I saw the argument you two were having in the server and to be honest, over one teamkill that's a waste of time.

Your evidence isn't sufficient enough as it is as it gives no context to the situation thus is worthless, for all the admins know it could have just been an accident (Note how the screen shows the kill at the bottom of the screen instead of showing what happened before AND after. So RIP COULD have apologised and we'd never know.)

I was there, RIP apologized after the kill, hitting someone multiple times doesn't make everyone assume it is intentional. RIP is on the edge of an essay ban and I knew people were going to get him banned again because of that, but I honestly don't want to see one of my faction leaders getting banned over such little evidence.

That is true and most of the defenders I see here appear to be people that I frequently see with him when he is pushing his limits or very close of doing so. I will not draw a final conclusion from one screenshot without checking the logs first but 3 teamhits in a row by accident seems rather unlikely, especially so soon after the round started.

Also, it strikes me as a bit odd that you pogosan have a screenshot of your own ready to present about this matter, as if you were already prepared for an action that knowlingly would provoke a banthread.

I will consult other admins about this, I just hope the logs dont reveal anything unfavourable Rest_In_Peace. Afterall I hope the talk we had after your last ban was not for nothing.

Actually it's not that weird, I take screenshots of everything as well.

I mean this is Rider, he creates a ban thread for everything. e.g.: http://forum.melee.org/eu-(official)/ban-gengis_kharn/ pretty fresh too.

I am sure if it was a legit intentional TK there would be more people witnessing the situation, since even newbies don't avoid the situation.

I mean considering the argument they had, Rider even said he was going to make a ban thread so it's quite likely to assume that Kratos knew that he was going to bullshit the post up by making it very bias by not presenting all the facts such as an apology, thus he took a screenshot.
