How it's possible? Someone in your immediate family is a professional athlete or maybe you have a sports center next to the house?
I've been playing football since 5 years old, because both my father and grandfather had. So, I guess Xant has a relative that does MA or maybe he meant that he was involved in a lot of fights, since he was a little kid and then picked up martial arts, when he was older. Or he's shitposting as usual, you never know.
Also, most towns in my country, have a gym, where a lot of different sports can be acted out. Don't know about yours, but I wouldn't be suprised, if Xant's school had a martial arts program for students or something like that anyway.
