Official Themed battle #1, Crusaders V Jihadists

Gentlemen, I will try to host as many themed battles as possible, starting from this one.

All I am asking for, is your understaning if I make any mistakes, or any delays that may occur.

Also you need to keep in mind, that the rules may change, especially if someone makes a fine suggestion that will improve our total experience.


My thoughts so far :

1. 50 v 50 (10 cav, 10 ranged, the rest infantry)
2. No character restriction, unloomed gear (it must follow the theme)
3. You will have to buy your own gear, but I will speak with Dupre to see if he can give me enough gold to cover your expenses
4. The themed battle will take place at March the 12th, EU8, 17:00 GMT +0
5. I will try to secure 2 banner slots, 1 for each faction.


What I need from you.

1. I need a teamspeak that I will be able to use for the battles Thanks to Falcom for his TS
2. I need someone that can make me 2 banners, one for the crusaders and one for the jihadists. Thank you Pogosan



Prizes :

1. I havent spoken to Dupre at all about this, and I do not know if we can get some awards/prizes for the top players of each team.
If it was up to me guys, the prizes would be great, sadly it is not, but I will speak with Dupre and I shall let you know.

The event shall take place at EU8, The themed battle will take place at March the 12th, EU8, 17:00 GMT +0

AND the teamspeak adress is "ts3.astrea-gaming.com", you will have to scroll down to the bottom at "Mount and Blade c-rpg > Themed battles >, and then the captain shall tell you to move to your channel (infantry, cavalry, ranged), be at the server of the teamspeak and EU8 at least 5 mins before pls.

Just make Warband versions of banners in M2TW

Make the teams assymetrical with majority of cavalry for the crusaders and more foot soldiers for the Jihads.
...also, wasn't there a way to make the equip available like in strategus? I sure rember the Knights vs Samurai event, where this was the case.
