The patch will be there to download soon. It's not there yet and it's intentionally so.

Usually the launcher version is updated after the new files are available, but I guess that part of the update process still needs chadz and he's kinda busy, leaving perfect scheduling a pipe dream. This is the next best thing to get new archer balance etc online ASAP.
