Rogue Forum Moderator: Why the fuck is everyone getting muted?

I looked at the post history and didn't see anything incriminating.

His recent self-centered, half-arsed shitposts are pretty average though, considering it's him. Nothing I'd mute him for. Then again, I may have "missed out" on deleted posts and reports.

Ignoring that first retarded comment, forum mods seem to just use that rule as an excuse to mute whoever they want if they've posted in a ban thread, regardless if the post was pure spam, constructive criticism, etc...
