Talking about strat multiaccounting is a joke and everyone know it, but those green arrows have not been imagined out of nowhere. If they use it = must give advantage, otherwise I don't see the point of doing it. I can't find a difference between this and wallhack for example, both give advantage and both must be punishable.
Funny thing is, that Pandor doesn't care and never bothered to hide the fact that he is using green arrows. If u have issue, discuss it with him in separate channel.
