Sorry, read the OP, didn't bother looking at the video; then realized it was just a desperate plea for attention from the leader of that Goblin thing.

You, uh...read that OP, huh? What, all two words of it?

That video was a goddamn masterpiece and I won't hear ill speech towards it. Well, you know...not without bitching about it.

And I don't know what you're talking about in that bit of text there. There hasn't been a proper faction V faction large battle aside from one mid-sized one with DMG. We haven't properly seen how the mercs will stack up on both sides with actual fights. I've said this to my own guys plenty lately; there isn't a real need to be overly-concerned about mercs and numbers YET. We haven't seen what'll happen.

I think here's what happened with that reply there:

That's no excuse, I expect at least five battles a week from you guys.  Also, your faction page says you have 13 now, congrats!

Bragging about strat 5 is like bragging about winning the special olympics.

In a one man faction I took 5 fiefs(3 village and 2 castle) in strat 5 so checkmate atheists

Strat five (or was it six) ran on so long that all the events that happened in it constantly get misplaced into other strats.

Bragging about having a millennia to take something when it should take a few months is like bragging about how you can piss faster by .032 seconds

Ah Bryggan it's a shame you don't just watch the video instead of sperging on about pathetic, irrelevant "achievements" from a Strategus that was a cancerous mole on the asshole lips of the ugly, tooth-missing, stank ass, nappy ass headed bitch that is this game.

You will never be half the SHITPOSTER, LEADER, or KING that I am. Not if you continue lauding meaningless accomplishments of your own instead of looking to the future, at better, newer ways to meme.

No but seriously watch the video, it will give you a demonstration in true GREATNESS.

The video is a masterpiece and this is coming from a guy who leads one of the factions disapproved of in the video.

Strat five literally went on for two years and a half years. The early parts were good with tough battles between Squids/Kesh faction(whatever it was) vs KbW but other than that I can't remember any other thing that was notable for the other like 18 months where all the remaining players of crpg did nothing besides take afk fiefs and sit inside them hording troops gear and gold not wanting war in a conquest simulator.

Lol, I just tried watching that video, got too bored in the LOTR part and quit.  All I could think was that quote from Tropic Thunder - "You went full retard man, never go full retard."  Too long and nerdy a video.

This article sums you up:
Be Funny By Not Trying So Hard

The harder you try to be funny, the less funny you will be.
Trying too hard to be funny works against you.  It sets up a confrontational feel to your delivery.  You feel as though you are challenging the audience to laugh.  The attitude is that it’s important to “make them laugh!”  That if you do not succeed then you are not in control and you fail.  It sets up an expectation that the laughs MUST come.  And you feel a disappointment when your expectations are not met.  You tell a joke.  You get no laughs.  You give the audience the “look of expectation.” When delivering humor, do not beg.

Helpful criticism: Your audience got your joke in the first 30 to 60 seconds, after that it was just repetitive and redundant reducing the humor value.
This is also true for insults.  Excessive repetition of unimaginative insults weakens their derogatory effect.
