starting with coffee(if none at home then tea)
going over to 3/4 tab water 1/4 juice(equal part of apple/orange/grapes)

in between vitamin or magnesium (sherbet pills?)

and from time to time pure tab water.

Perhaps  once a month in the evening red wine or beer.
