i dont know why i have those weird black flashing dots on my screen while playing crpg, i noticed this today, its hugely noticable on loading screen black surfaces and in game, just on black surfaces. I checked other games and its fine there, so wth?

u cant see it on screenshot, its like videgraphic driver or refreshrate issue?
