Most of these bans have been given with a good reason (hackers, or simply moronic persons), and most of the people that have been banned wouldn't care about playing a more or less dead mod, or wouldn't even learn they've been unbanned anyway. Keep them banned, leave what's left of this once glorious mod out of the reach of those who've been rightfully kicked out of the circuit.

It takes a lot to get perma banned on cRPG. They earned their way onto the list by constantly breaking the same rules over and over, or hacking/cheating. All this would accomplish is letting those same individuals in to just start more trouble and driving away what few good community members we have left away, that is if they even cared enough to come back. Besides, outside of the auto block ban list, the perma ban section on both EU and NA are quite small, it would not revive the mod in any way.
