It looks like he registered in 2011 so he might have gotten nothing if he already had a loomed item before the patch(I had one +3 at the time of the patch and didn't get anything which made all my friends have more than me).

Exactly, i've returned to the mod in the past couple weeks, but had played for like a year or two back in 2011, i'm a 5th gen.

Did you have 3 loomed items at the time you left ?

It will only give it too you when you hve 2 or less, i had 3 at the time and a friend of mine had 2 loomed items and he got them
