Don´t think too hard about your current situation, find some distraction in travel, a creative hobby or some minor job (when I dropped out of college, I was able to sort my mind with packing car parts, dumb work sometimes DOES do the trick). And you´re not a bad father, bad fathers never think of themselves as bad fathers. You´re just trying too hard to be a perfect father, which is a nonexistant thing.
