The prices go all over the place. I've seen it up for 545k but like anything it's only worth what some one will pay for it. If you sit on it, it will sell for 550k because when people want it, they really do, and you can't find it anywhere. I looked for a week and just loomed it myself out of rage. But it doesn't fit with my new build.
I've loaned it to Jordach for the min, but it will be around if you want it.
