maybe I don't have the timeline down, but I believe Bauer said he sold the broken gear to the fief before he raided it, so he wouldn't have the shitty gear in his battle (and possibly gear bug himself).

That's not what I'm talking about. After every battle you get a message in your "CRPG Inbox" detailing the battle results, and all gear won/lost and looted.

This is what I'm requesting he post. James(and other upper acre) knows what this is, so they can't claim they don't know what I'm talking about.

Oh I understand that.  What was the sequence of events?  From what I overheard in passing in TS, Bauer either won or lost a battle, and was in the vicinity of a fief with no army (only population) and decided to raid it since he was in the area. 

If he sold gear after the first battle, and before raiding, how would the log be beneficial?  I can't see the harm in him posting the log either way.  But I still don't see any justification for calling Acre or Bauer a cheater since the defenders didn't get the default peasant gear, seems like baseless accusations at this point.  Is there even a hunch as to what the mechanic is that would cause this, that Acre has some control over?  Maybe the defenders are doing something wrong, or the default peasant gear mechanic is not working properly (that could be easily tested).

Its just WO1 and WO2, the Germans invaded mine country and both times they where kicked out of mine country, both times they had allot of allies, and at the end no1 wanted to stay allied with the Germans.

Anders, for the record they attacked it first it had no gear, then they lost it, hoc armed it turned troops into pop then they raided it and fucked off with the gear. I'd be willing to make a large wager that default peasent gear has been turned off on purpose or glitches out.

Technically, if you have no gear, and should(based on all previous instances of getting it) then it is by definition a "gear bug."

Now, it's not the same as the "gear bug" most people now use in strat to many: To many items in inverntory.
