The notion that foreskin is dirty is fucking retarded. Might as well say we need to cut off women's labia cause that would make it easier form them to clean their vaginas. Maybe back when taking a shower or washing yourself was a monthly event at best cutting off your foreskin made medical sense, but there's zero proof it provides any medical advantages at all in the modern world. Every single study shows it has no effect one way or the other, except removing a shitton of nerve endings on your dick and making sex less pleasurable.
Also, look into when and why circumcision became popularized in the US. It was entirely about conservative religious cunts who thought it would prevent boys from touching themselves.
