no easier way how to find out than create a new char, jump to thirty and see if you can use the retire at lvl 15 option, as you have to delete the "boosted" char if you want to play some else, no big problem in this...
i would do it myself and let you know, but atm at work, so cannot play
If you mean that now you are some lvl and you want to jump to thirty to be able to redistribute points, just do the reset at 15 before doing the jump
