2h was reverted after a large number of players voted to revert it.

I'm not sure.

Though I'm not sure if it's using my tweaked native stab or not. (arms shouldn't overlap and should look cleaner)

Though Dupre is going to cycle through a couple new ones, see which the community likes best (unless this changed)

Well looking at it purely numerically, it was a longer version of the long morningstar that dealt more damage 90+% of the time. I'd take 52 cut and that extra 3 length over 40 pierce any day of the week. Not to mention it also gets +1 speed when loomed while the long morningstar doesn't.
morning star(pole) was meh very meh weapon from the beginning coz of shit lenght like u mention and mediocre speed with a damage not a good weapon for raw damage builds

Au contraire. The long morningstar is a very good weapon if you're used to using slower weapons. It's basically a morningstar on a stick... so yeah, it's strong.

Au contraire. The long morningstar is a very goodweapon if you're used to using slower weapons. It's basically a morningstar on a stick... so yeah, it's strong.

Personally i think it needs a length boost by a little somewhere in the 140s instead of 130s like i think it is now

No kidding. That's an incredibly indecisive poll.

I'm pretty indifferent either way when it comes to 2h stab, but I'd say the new stab was a massive improvement over the Native one.

At the time the revert was gaining traction.
Also it was a pretty drastic change from native and with only ~40% approval, it didn't seem fair keeping it that way.

That's why dupre is testing all of them, see which the player base prefers.
I'm pretty sure there will be a chance to vote for your favourite.

Would be nice if more of those polearm "axe" type weapons were changed to cut stab so they can't rear horses (I don't care if you bump up the cut to make it more in line with the damage it did before when it was pierce).

Macropus originally suggested changing it to cut quite a while ago, but he also suggested increasing the damage +10, making it do similar damage, but not rear cav.
Wow, I don't even recall ever suggesting that.
A good idea though!  :D

yes ur right all fat builds on eu are using now pole morninstars :lol: (comparing 2h morningstar the strat multikiller and siege neverending x5 to polestick morningstar lol)

Most ppl here care cuz of the 2h stab cuz they get either rekt by 2h while playing other classes or just want to whine about an "easy" class. Nobody realise that this new cancerous stab made so many people that were playing the game leave it, and prevent so many 2h heroes from native and other mods join crpg. Like you care about only how u play in this mod and dont care if more ppl join or not. The new stab was hilarious everyone knew that when it came out. It made the class so useless everyone gone pole and the others left ,and now that everyone is pole they will whine cuz of 2h being back to normal again.

Stop making people leave the mod and prevent new players from joining. It might be unrealistic as fuck but killing a tincan with 10 layers of steel plate with a stick isnt either. Stop making this no fun allowed, game before patch had barely 30ppl playing max on the afternoons on eu.
