Battlezone (specially I, II wasn't that good) - awesome narration, and one of the first (and best) mixtures of a strategy game and a FPS game. You build up a base from within your tank, scavage raw materials, build units, and then lead the units into battle. That shit was awesome.

cover action. that thing is so freakin awesome. And it gets you addicted like nothing else. Probably the best "secret agent" game ever. (Just realised it's from sid meier. Figures. ) Fly around the world and trace down terrorists.
