However there are other websites where is is much cheaper
For Example Kinguin-Even as cheap as £15

Why is it so cheap here and is it ok to buy it here?
For example; it's not an illegal source is it?, can the keys be used with steam?

It's not really illegal. I've bought plenty of cheaper keys from g2a and gameholds and webpages like this, never got fucked over, so it's fine.

Can they be used with Steam? If it says that it's a Steam key on the sell page, then it can be used with Steam (obviously).
Why is it so cheap? Reselling games that were bought in other countries for cheaper (currency abuse) or on sales.

Mind you that some games are region locked, which is a way for publishers to prevent these currency tricks. You can usually see this in the game title, for example (The Witcher 3 RU/CIS Steam Key), or further in the info/sell page, it's usually pretty obvious. The region locked games are usually quite cheaper, so are non-Steam keys.

I've bought a few games off of G2A before, never been screwed. They have like a $1 or $2 dollar insurance thing so that if the seller isn't selling legit shit G2A will give you another copy of the game.

I usually skip the shield, was never fucked over. One time I even fucked something up myself (without knowing) and the seller instantly added me to Steam once I filed the report to help me.

Bought countless games from CD-key shops. Only time I got rekt was recently when Valve removed Witcher 3 from my game library for some reason. But I finished the game a long time ago.

I've used Gameholds a couple times, was fine. Just avoid games that say they require a vpn or similar to activate (to trick steam into thinking you are activating from a different country). I used one site that didn't say about VPN for a game and wouldn't offer a refund after. Don't fancy risking getting banned from Steam for using a VPN (its in their user agreement that they can ban for it). I prefer to spend a bit more and buy directly from Steam, or wait for steam discounts

These keys come from regions where game prices have been adjusted to make them more accessible for a low purchasing power market, you as a rich bitch buying them is an inconvenience for publishers that drives the implementation of regional locks and universal prices. Additionally keys obtained through these re-sellers can be disabled, and there is very little G2A or Kinguin is going to be able to do about it. To be honest I don't even get why it is even legal for publishers to then remove these keys, the entire corporate world can abuse global pricing differences, but video game consumers can't? Still, the point remains that they can.

Well it's a risk to buy from such a source.. I have personally bought games from unofficial sources and I never had any problems with them. But I know people who have got their game accounts suspended and games removed from steam.

I can vouch for g2a too.
One general rule though: stay away from Russian keys and Steam Gifts. Those can be trouble.

That's the site I used for quite a lot of games already and never disappointed. And those +0.85€ are the buyer protection. If the key doesn't work, you can get your money back instantly.
But check the red comment under the product. Dunno about Bethesda Crowns and stuff... It says that it's fine for a newly created account tho...

Anyway... tl;dr: I'd buy there because they've never disappointed me and buyer protection.
