did you at any time get ur cd key from steam?

If you have it then you can convert it to a taleworld's key
however your account on crpg will not transfer and you must contact the devs to beg and get your char saved

You can get your key through Regedit, but it's better to wait on steam support so you can actually resolve this problem.
