My account got hacked

Hi. I try to enter the site but pw doesnt match, i open the game and recover my password. Finally i log in and my only character KFN_Arni_armg_RS was deleted, all my expensive items and all my gold was lost. How can i return it?

The lost items: around 250k gold, two loompoints, Masterwork Huscarl's Shield, Mighty Warhammer, Heavy Gaunlets (+1)

I have already tried it, but it didnt help. When password didnt match,  I entered the game with the same nick i used to play with : KFN_Arni_armg_RS and i changed my password via QMPS, then i entered the site and i saw my char naked, 25th lvl, no items

I see. You definitely need Harald's help, although it is difficult to contact him. But if I am not mistaken, Nashringa is able to do stuff like that nowadays. Try messaging him maybe?

it is not a secret u can give ur serial key to everyone u close contact. So what`s a problem, u need to be more careful next time with this

Arni said that payment is on the account by credit card (you can see his credit card number). I said that i don't need his key coz i want to play on my own char. I'm need only his masterworks.

I sent two thousands rubles for the Arni's number. Arni confirmed that the money came and sent his key. (u can see a part of his serial key). It was at 25/07/15 15-16.00 gmt +3

Today Arni started thread about his "HACKED" account, but as u can see this key he sold to me. There is no hack. I know the rules - it's not allowed to buy ingame items. But it's not allowed to SELL items too. I asked him WTF he's doing and he blocked me in skype (added in blacklist and i can't chat with him anymore, u can see on screenshots)

I'm ready to be punished for buying things, but there is NO hacks, and i think, Arni should be punished too.

Wow. I admit i dont have the best reputation in this game, true. But what Evlampiy tries to do is just plain setup. First of all its not my skype account. These guys arent very clever otherwise they d try to setup me via teamspeak screenshots or something like that. There is a service in internet that lets you know IP of skype user(http://mostwantedhf.info/) Check out the screens above. First ones are my real skype and my real IP. I took these screenshots few minutes ago. And I dont think i have to prove that i live in russia although if someone insists i can lol. Now other 2 screenshots are from the skype that evlampiy insits he made deal with. This skype user registered his account and lives in ukraine. Nice try. I could also say that i have dozens of ppl from native/crpg community that can confirm that i have never used any other skype than my real one or ask evlampiy to not edit numbers of credit-kard on his screens so we could see all numbers and then via site to check the name of owner and where he lives but its not neccessary. Pathetic scum already shat himself with this "skype" idea. And shemaforash, you talk shit too much, you got punished for that hard in ECS finals in native, you can sign up in 2x2 and you ll get punished as well. Although you wont, we both know why, you are only good at talking, ECS proved it, noob.
