Ban Battlequiver_the_shy for abusing polls

2. Name of offending character(s) -  Battlequiver_the_Shy
3. Time and server, as accurately as possible - 16:15 German time - EU_1
4. He just started a ban poll against me without any reason. I was joking about him because he always insults me and thats why i wrote "l2b" after all of his deaths. (and tried to ruin my K/D). At 16:35 he tried to ban another guy. (No reason)
5. Because he hates me

This guy constantly trolls on EU and NA. He should get a global ban and a BIG essay.. I guess he already did more than 10 vote polls and constantly ths/annoies ppl on the server.

nah hes just stupid not trolling:( but with a rest yeah he should get banned from Eu serwer.
