Solved my issue. If you have Killer Network drivers or manager - update that shit. Apparently i was running an older version, that has the neat feature of bricking your PC, when running W10.

Yeah did this in the end. Only minor quirk was it wouldn't update unless I changed my region language from the UK to the US. But when it updated it installed it as the UK so all good.

Like it so far. Though it took a bit of playing around to get Cortana to work due to languages again. It will only work if you have your region language, speech language and language packs all the same and even then it takes a few goes to get it to actually start.

Like the overall look as well. More 'modern' looking than 7 and more streamlined over all. Edge is also nice and speedy so I've already switched from that to chrome.

The only thing that does annoy me is not having a 'My Computer' and 'Control Panel' in the start menu. I've changed that now by pinning them there though but the search wasn't originally working so was a pain in the arse to get to the control panel every time.

Damnit, decided to do some regular updates untill the w10 upgrade pops. Now disc is running at 100%, cpu 80% and it wont connect to the internet. Its always a gamble with these updates.

Edge is indeed very quick but I'm back to Firefox now. It just has features I miss too much in Edge. Like the dynamic bookmarks and the quick access to 'most visited sites'. Not willing to miss out on those two.

Oh, and I had to install some media feature pack separately to get GTA V running. Seems that this pack or some contents of it are not installed with the N version of windows but GTA V launcher has dependencies with some library in it. No biggie... 2 min google search and another 2 min for download and installation. Leaving this here FYI.

I'm using Opera, has everything I need from web browser. Firefox is too slow, clunky and integrated speed dial sucks (don't like the ones that come as distentions).

Anyone else having problem with permissions? Trying to save stuff to my pictures and it says I don't have permission even though it's on my account and I'm also administrator. All security permissions are correct on the folders.

Edit: No matter fixed it. It seemed to think I wasn't administrator on the permissions only for the pictures folder.
