Just did the weekly in Sweden with the Kadett. I though the Stratos had stability issues but this thing just doesn't want to drive straight at all.
Told ya!
When west germany annexed east germany, nobody moved a finger too.

Is it just me or are newer/better cars way more stable? I bought a Subaru Impreza WRX STI 2011 and compared to my previous Peugeot 205 T16 Evo2 it handles silky smooth. Maybe it's the Peugeot that handled like shit.
EDIT: Oh apparently this Peugeot I was driving is the only car with power/weight ratio of >0.5, which explains why it was impossible to handle if you weren't light on the gas pedal...

Those 205 were legendary back in the days as hot hatchbags. They're still fast even by modern standards.

Managed to get to professional championship. Driving the Impreza compared to Peugeot 205 almost feels like cheating, so much easier to handle.

Also with the new car im having difficulties on completely different tracks, Sweden is now easy as shit, Wales is also pretty easy, however Greece... is fucking me up good.

The hillclimb 205 has an incredible tendency to fishtail on asphalt. That one and the other peugeot absolutely love to stall also.

Sweden with bad weather is still horrible for me. Can't see the road. Wales requires care, but some Greece tracks are just outright devious. Doesn't feel like it with slow cars, only with faster ones.

Like uncontrollable cars that will fishtail at the first hint of gas? Try the unambiguously named O37.

I don't really understand how can anybody drive those in real life without assists. I suppose it's much easier to tell when you're about to lose grip (wheel helps a ton with that, but you don't feel the Gs).

I mean seriously I feel I'd probably be faster around a difficult track driving the O37 in reverse.

Sébastien Loeb. He's French (technically) and his game is better.

The problem I'm having in pro league is that there's a lot more of those super long tracks (12km+). It takes a toll on your time because the AI is more consistent than you and it's hard to finish the track without a single fuckup somewhere along the track. Your car is also wrecked completely from such long tracks. Though it feels good to finish 1st-3rd on such a track 8-)

I just finished 7/8th track in Sweden (was ~12km) and my engine is making a weird noise, so is my co-driver yapping something about it. And the last track is 11km+ long as well... I wonder if I make it lol.

Also, I lowered my FOV to 0.3 (first person). You see less on the edges because it's more zoomed in but you also see more of the track in the middle and less of the inside of the car. Makes it easier to drive for me, I feel like it's more in line with how your view is in real life. Had it up at 0.7 before and I think my screen had more car than track.
