Spamming "enemy inside our base" for about 5 full games. I can understand a bit of trolling but I am beyond fucking tired of this. He is on the other team now so I can't screenshot him doing it...is this required?

I think QMV is disabling voice commands if you dont like it

Kay. He was on NA1, this morning (trolling from about 9:00 to 10:10 AM PDT). Also witness were Vadoth, King_James_of_Acre, Vancrest, ScumlordKilljoy, Talazar_of_Acre, Mooni (sp?).

I think he found it funny at first, then targeted me specifically when I told him to shut up (both through vc and through type). I would have been less annoyed if i knew about the voice command mute! Unfortunately I didn't get screen shots so hopefully someone speaks up for me so I never have to hear that crap again.

I will remember QMV in future.

oh, okay.  Well he is an EU player, thought it was on EU servers.

I am not sure about QMV but QM opens the menu for some settings, I am sure you can find it easily.

You also have a good chance that admins wont look into this as long as you dont fill out the request form.

Oh well. Its probably boned then, but I think he should stop now that some actual consequences may be involved. Thanks for the help.

There is no rule on voice command spam. If it really bothers you, use QMV to turn off voice commands.
