He has a character named Kfriend_knight and not only do I find this offensive but, pretty sure it's against the rules.  Hell, I got banned for having a character named Nathan_The_black in spanish_Ninja so if that's bannable surely having the n-word in your name is

I have already requested he change this name, he was not actively playing on this name that I know of but if he does not change it it will be forced

I banned him for that name in the past, he changed it and I unbanned him. This was like a year ago.

Well, he changed his name to I_Hate_sreggiN, then when asked to change again he changed to I_Hate_bundle of stickss. He has been banned for 1 week, hopefully that will teach him these names are not ok.
