When u retuire u are reseted to lvl 1 and get some boosted xp, right? Wouldnt bve it be better while u stay on lvl 36, lgaining this big amounts of xp and when u hit high level of it, maybe 37 and then retire u would start again on higher level depending how much xp u grinded? I would like to have heirloom points, but dont like to start over again and again when i hit 36 and i put too much time sitting on this 36 level so it would be a waste to retire now.

Or u get more and more xp boost everytime u retire?

ATM I can't see a good reason for players to retire, which has a knock on effect on how many people play on the server and on the general difficulty for every foe you encounter (which mostly impacts below average/newbie players - the guys who need looms the most)

Main culprites include high STF level, poor rewards for retiring, free respec and the game is too hard for people who aren't STF or higher

Not sure on the best course to take though, maybe increase rewards for high level retirement (not just loompoints..i'll retire an alt if I want that since I can free respec every week). A goody bag might be nice (assorted +3's, better reforge returns forever etc). Unique rewards, lower SF level, make the respec use a bit of XP etc
If you have ranged troubles use this:

Yeah, respec should acumulate xp u gathered after hitting level 36 to your next level. There is no pleasure in loosing this all xp u grinded after hitting lvl 36(or 35 i dont remember).
