If anything, why wasn't the strong-bow replaced with the yumi? I haven't ever heard of a historical bow referred to as a "strongbow." There are bows referred to as a "war bow."

It's a middle-eastern bow. Obviously the names aren't accurate, hence Khergit bow.

This japanese bow was quite weak, and usually used on horseback= replace texture of khergit bow, and bring back the warbow!

true becasue in japan they don't have the right wood to make really strong bows like the longbow, get the old warbow back and make the yumi bow a horseback abled bow that is stronger but slower than the strongbow. it doesn't make sence that a bow made of bamboo is stronger that a bow made of ash or some sort. got a thread about that issue:
