4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. McMasshole was attacking virgin during the 3rd wave; naturally I polled to kick. After returning he raged poled and kicked me. A clear violation of the rules.

Two admins in the server and a third joined shortly after. If it was such a big deal they would have said or done something. Not to mention the fact that you have been basically leeching the entire time since you joined the server. I was actually contributing and was top three on the scoreboard.

Grow up already Calamari.

While I did not see what went down on DTV, can confirm he left server to retire just before someone urged everyone to go dtv

General rules
No exploiting of any kind
NOT OK: Bypassing the autobalance
NOT OK: Using a bug to gain undeserved benefits
NOT OK: Leaving and rejoining to server to spawn more than once in a round
No intentional teamwounding/teamkilling during a round (teamkilling friends after a round ends is allowed, teamkilling random people is not)
NOT OK: killing the Viscount to change map
No malicious griefing of teammates (kickspamming, blocking, etc.)
No drawing/delaying the round on purpose (i.e. running away or camping unreachable places when you're one of the last people alive)
OK: running away and shooting enemies that are reachable by projectiles
NOT OK: running away or avoiding confrontation when there is nobody to shoot in range or everyone is behind cover.
NOT OK: running away or avoiding confrontation to search for ammo
No abuse of in-game chat (racism, insulting, griefing, spamming...)
No random kick/ban polls. Always specify reason before starting a poll

Sigh... while Mcdeath did intentionally TW the virgin, once, it was right before the end of the round and essentially inconsequential. As seen in your screenshot, the kick poll was submitted after the round was won (yeah, these things take time to set up, I get that). The real question is whether or not the first kick poll was any more justified than the latter. You both submitted your kick polls, and for some dumb reason, they both got accepted. That alone is enough punishment for each of you, imo.

However, I will offer this. If you want to share a ban with Mcdeath, then you will each take a 6 hour break, since it can be argued that the first poll really didn't have much more merit than the second. Or, you can both forget this incident and let it just be water under the bridge. Cuz really guys, the crpg community is small enough as-is. Let's all hold hands and sing kumbaya instead of trying to ban every other player left. Put the personal feuds aside already.
