The ban reason was spamwhore using invisible/bugged items. I joined too late to know if there was a discussion going on about this beforehand or how bad the equipment spamwhore used was glitched, didnt see it myself. Since En_Dotter is in my clan though I may want to leave the decision to another admin since mine may contain bias.

Why are you making a ban request for spamwhore? He's not muted, is he? If he feels like making a ban request for getting polled, he should do it.

To be honest, the reaction from you En_Dotter is almost worth a ban in itself, very childish indeed. Going to let it slide with a warning though, but if you get banned later on, this having happened might influence the ban time on that (possible) occasion.
