So the first trailer... WTF DID YOU DO TO MY 47... How did he get younger when Diana says "Good to have you back"

Also this was a better Hitman movie trailer then the new 'movie' trailer, I'm scared. Please not be Absolution 2.

Thanks for making me watch the new Hitman movie trailer again. Jesus, what garbage. Most cliched Hollywood action garbage ever, total opposite of what Hitman should be.

But the game trailer looks decent, not really much to say about it...

Let's hope for another Blood Money. Less focus on bad story and more focus on sandbox assassinations.

edit:
On 16 January 2014, an open letter was filed by IO Interactive for the fans, sharing some details on the next game. It states the intention to make the next version less linear with more open-ended maps. The concept of checkpoints will also be abandoned which was a by-product of the linearity in Absolution. The ability to holster long weapons like rifles and shotguns has also been removed. The game will be released for the Windows, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 platforms.[58] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hitman_%28video_game_series%29#Hitman_.282015.29)

That sounds good.

The cancer of the gaming world recently has been that all the AAA developers want to make their games look and play like movies instead of true sandboxes.

good news! absolution really scared me away from 47. I hardly played any of it because it felt bad.
going back to the open playstile of the first game can only be good.

They will never make something like Blood Money again. I loved how you could spend 1 hour on a mission or do it in just a few minutes, shoot your way through or don't use a single bullet. The levels were small and the npcs stupid in most cases but that just added to the fun and made it a great game for speedruns. Incredible replayability.
I lost interest in Absolution after the second mission, the whole make-up of the game felt wrong and nothing like Hitman.

Did the same, a few hours in Absolution but hundreds in Blood Money. The skill ceiling is so high in Blood Money, with the coin throws, non-scripted accidents by pushing NPCs, great for speed runs and signature replays, reflected in the dynamic news paper articles about your hits. And yes, hilarious and very amenable AI, remember in A New Life where you could kill the target by having the FBI run him over with their cars by luring him out of the house just right and still get Silent Assassin. Which is very hard to even contemplate on SA Suit Only.
It used to have quite a community aswell, many years after its release and there was uploaded some crazy videos, especially in the Speed Run SA Suit Only category I remember a guy shooting his target in Dance with the Devil from the bar in one end of the Hell map to the other bar with a silenced pistol, using speed, amazing accuracy and a coin drop to make no one in the completely crowded room notice a thing. Or doing even Requiem Accidents Only.

Or the pool in the porn dude mission. Shoot the glass Accident, and civilian casualties, still SA: :D
