This is totally the wrong subforum for this question.
but to your question:
I think it is possibkle but only with help from the devs.
And to get a hold of the devs you should join irc and ask them there.
You get there when you click the chat button at the top of tthis window

You can actually change your account username when you retire at level 35.  The devs won't approve for a FULL name change, just if you made an error or if you want to add tags.

Do you mean your character name? Or your login username on c-rpg.net? Or your forum name?
