Tasa Clan is being oppressed!

Well I'm trying to recreate Tasa Clan and strat is telling me it already exists. It did exist in the past tense but currently it has no members nor does it exist currently.

Wondering why this is. I can choose another name but its still a weird bug so if its a simple fix I'll wait until Dec 2010. If it isn't then I'll choose another name.

Luckily we had 2 afk HoC members who never left the old faction from which we were able to rejoin it. Rekt.
