so i was trying to shoot an enemie barabe cav, rauros (barabe too ) was in my team and nudged me with the bow loaded to put me down and dont allow me to shoot the cav...
then few sec later i try to shoot an other cav who was also a barabe then rauros nudged me again...
i reported him twice.
then i saw rauros trying to shoot on enemie xbower i nudged him to show him how it's boring ...
then he get up on feet and stabed me so i killed him.

i know i should not kill him but i was a bit mad... so im sry for trying to do my own law but not sry about rauros it was pure defense and he provoked me.

he did that to dont allow me to shoot enemies cav from his clan

I was there, just behind them and this guy was realy insistent. He nudge him to ground 3 times and start to team attack him just after.
What you want to do ?

If someone start to attack you in the street, you let him destroy your face ?
No, you defend yourself and after you call the police.

This rule about retaliating is sometimes stupid imo.

I didn't make the rules Raylin. And from what i can see in the screenshots you should of just ban polled him? instead of team killing him.

ofc i know rules and ofc i know i did wrong but when you got nudge like 50 times per day  (as archer) by your team mates you finish to get mad...
i reported two times and report are useless
and last time i kick/ban poll 2times someone who was called a_dolf h_itler and polls never reached the 51%

so im sry but polls are useless.
anyway give us warning if needed but keep this story in mind in case that happen again.

If i ban him for griefing, then i'm going to have to ban you also for rage team killing. So instead of doing that, i will just give you both a warning.

It will be a ban next time.
