If the flags can be capped then you shouldn't need to kick poll the last guy, not when you can win another way. If this is the case then you will get a short time out for breaching server rules.
If the flags were bugged and Sebb continued to run around without fighting then the kick poll was justified for intentional round delaying.
Sebb please be mindful of the players that are waiting for next round, i understand if you don't think fighting 5 players on your own is the best idea but it might be the only option, atleast try and win instead of turning and running. The poll got accepted by the majority, they just want to play not watch you run around for 3 mins.
