Attacked while inside my village

Ok so this is clearly a glitch and I would ask for the admin team to fix this before the battle time.

FACTS:

- I attacked Tristan 0m from New Dirigh Aban yesterday after his failed attack.

- I was set to re enter New Dirigh Aban after the attack, which I successfully did.

- Tristan has attacked me while inside my village.

- I have full control of New Dirigh Aban while under attack. I have spent PP and bought goods.

This is clearly a glitch and I would ask for Tristan's army to be kept in tact and this battle canceled.

Well after spending 24 hours in webchat.quakenet.org and posting this link to all the devs and admins and such with no response from one, it has become quiet clear to me that they don't give a shit.
