When I'm on DTV and shooting with a ballista, and then someone comes up and nudges/kicks/hits me away from it, is that a bannable offense?

and if someone jumps infront of your hit  to get a Ctrl+m message and report me, till 5/5 and I get kicked, is there a concequence for him/her?

It's so lame to kick for that (or ban) that it's just best to swallow your pride and let the kid have his ballista. OR, you can nudge him back (self defence) and THEN if he does it again, maybe kick-poll him. But I'm not sure, it just seems so silly.

Hard to prove, I guess you can screenshot him x times so it's obvious he tries to get you reported by moving into your hits.

it's just best to swallow your pride and let the kid have his ballista. OR, you can nudge him back

No what you do is wait for him to load it up and hop on, then you hold F on the "Use ballista" part, and take control away from him while he's on it.

Everyone hates people who give bad example of their own clan. In general, opinion is easier to form based on bad examples rather than good, and just because current most vocal Eques happen to be some scum, it doesn't mean the entire clan deserves the hate.
