Yes, there is a 10% cost on each ticket to help fund the next starting jackpots (they will get higher depending on tickets sold), and a little goes to me for keeping track of tickets and who picks what numbers etc etc, but it will defiantly make the upcoming starter jackpots bigger each week depending on how many are sold. I am keeping track of all of this.
