I´m currently playing on an alt char and I´m really close to lvl 35, but the server somehow doesn´t seem to update anymore.

So everytime when I reach lvl 35 ingame, it wont show on the homepage, and when I restart the game I´m back on lvl 34. And yes, WSE is active. Last clean deinstall and reinstall was in February

It is because of the DTV-like reward system. You must have noticed that you get 40k-ish experience and some gold reward at the end of each round (at least on siege, I don't know about battle). It was intended to be an actual feature with the latest patch. But it came out botched, meaning you get extra pseudo experience ingame and the server doesn't register that bonus xp.

So, most of the time you level up ingame but you see that all that xp was never gained when you get back to the character interface on the website.
